Responsibilities: * Act as the official representative of the CB before GLOBALG.A.P. * Report directly to the Technical Coordinator of the OC * Report on the CB's quality system performance for management review and system improvement * Manage official communication with GLOBALG.A.P. and respond to operational inquiries * Administer users and access rights in the GLOBALG.A.P. IT Platform * Distribute all official GLOBALG.A.P. communications to all personnel involved in GLOBALG.A.P. activities (across all CB countries) * Sign and return acknowledgments of receipt where required * Ensure operational continuity (appoint a substitute if unavailable) * Commit to harmonization and continuous improvement activities promoted by GLOBALG.A.P. * Coordinate and participate in internal training sessions for the CB's auditor team * Participate in Internal Audits, External Audits (ENAC), and the Integrity Program Audit (CIPRO) Requirements: * + Fluent command of English + Be qualified at least as a CB Farm Auditor for the GLOBALG.A.P. PLANTS scope, meeting the auditor qualification requirements outlined in the relevant chapter. + Preferably hold valid In-House Trainer (IHT) certificates for the aforementioned scopes. + University degree in Agricultural Engineering, Technical Agricultural Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, or equivalent. Other degrees may be accepted provided a minimum of two years of supplementary training in plant production disciplines is demonstrated. + Minimum three years of fieldwork experience related to agricultural activities and/or crop management. + Valid Class B driver's license. + Prior experience managing IT platforms (e.g., OSAPIENS) is desirable. + Experience in fertilizers and Integrated Production is desirable. + IRCA-certified auditor training (or equivalent). + Training in Food Hygiene and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) * * **Job Description and Profile (external)**
