Software development knowledge (C\+\+), ability to interpret electrical schematics, and basic knowledge of power electronics. A high level of English proficiency, essential for confidently operating in international and multicultural environments. **Your Mission** will be to lead the validation phase of the Traction Software and Traction System, carrying out the following activities: * Development of the traction system validation plan. * Specification and design of traction software tests. * Preparation of test protocols, design and setup of test environments for traction software and traction system validation. * Execution of traction software and traction system validation tests in laboratory, factory (at the manufacturer’s facilities), and finally in real-world conditions.
