The selected candidate will provide support in administrative and customer service tasks, combining office duties with basic internal organizational support for the center. Telephone reception. Sending and managing emails. Performing general administrative tasks. Creating and updating spreadsheets. Order management. Preparing meeting rooms according to requirements. Restocking office supplies. Public reception and greeting individuals attending meetings. ### **Requirements** Prior experience in administrative tasks and public-facing roles. Basic proficiency in office software. Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented individual. Previous experience in reception, administrative management, or similar positions is desirable. ### **Offer** Initial substitution contract, with potential transition to an indefinite-term contract later. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Weekly rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM Gross monthly salary of €1,123.04, paid in 14 installments. Immediate start.
