Job Summary: We are seeking a data analyst to develop and optimize analytical solutions, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis, analytical modeling, and reporting. 2. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI. 3. Interdisciplinary collaboration for data-driven solutions. Responsibilities: * Perform data analysis using tables, charts, and analytical models. * Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI for information extraction and analysis. * Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards. * Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports (reporting) to support decision-making. * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within datasets. * Design business-oriented analytical solutions. * Automate reporting and data processing workflows. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Architecture, or related fields. * A Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines is desirable. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, analytical model development, and report generation. * Experience in the real estate sector or similar business environments (e.g., real estate, construction, asset management) is advantageous.
