We seek a candidate for the systems technology department, responsible for carrying out maintenance, updating, testing, and fine-tuning of the various systems, applications, and devices used within the institution, ensuring their continued availability.
Main Responsibilities:
* Keep all systems, equipment, servers, and applications up to date.
* Conduct testing and fine-tuning of various systems, applications, and devices.
* Ensure availability and proper functioning of IT resources.
* Ensure that systems, computer equipment, and various devices used within the institution operate correctly so users can perform their work as efficiently and effectively as possible.
* Coordinate incidents related to equipment and application failures, and conduct necessary follow-up until they are fully resolved.
* Efficiently address staff needs through various channels (telephone, email, database…).
* Report on incident status until resolution.
* Maintain availability of information technologies and systems to guarantee service across the network.
Education and Specific Knowledge:
* Higher Technician in Computer Systems Administration
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering
