




**Position Objective** To carry out social intervention actions and promote participation in leisure and integration activities for unaccompanied minors and adolescents, aiming to enhance their dignity, well-being, and integration into the community. Reporting directly to the Territorial Intervention Manager. **Main Functions** * Support in the reception and transfer of minors and adolescents in vulnerable situations. * Collaborate in implementing the apartment's educational program for minors or adolescents, under the supervision of the social educator and in coordination with the rest of the educational team, performing auxiliary, complementary, and supportive tasks to their work. * Implement group sessions in coordination with the apartment team to promote basic skills in minors and adolescents necessary for their personal and social autonomy. * Encourage autonomy and self-care among hosted minors. * Collaborate and accompany minors and adolescents in completing procedures to access services, manage resources, health-related matters, training, and other aspects related to the pathway established by the technical team. * Support minors or adolescents in daily routines (nutrition, hygiene, rest, and other activities). * Propose, manage, and implement individual and group sports, leisure, and free time interventions. * Promote participation in community resources and social networks. * Manage coexistence in accommodation apartments and mediate in conflict situations. * Record information in internal databases and any others required for program management. * Support administrative and/or justification-related tasks of the program. * Provide interpretation support and, occasionally, document translation. * Carry out necessary procedures for prevention and/or treatment in the healthcare field. * Support logistical tasks related to reception: supplier management, purchases, invoice collection, expense justification. * Participate in team meetings when required. * Ensure optimal condition of facilities, equipment, accommodation apartments, and service offices. * Participate in social advocacy and participation processes. **Education/Knowledge** * Higher Vocational Training in Social Integration, Socio-Cultural Animation, or equivalent, or equivalent academic qualification. * Higher-level vocational training cycle or professional certification in fields related to socio-educational or socio-cultural areas. * Computer skills at user level. * Language: English and/or French **Experience** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles providing care for unaccompanied foreign minors. **Professional Competencies** * Commitment * Adaptability to change * Teamwork * Planning and organization * Analytical skills * Negotiation and mediation skills * Relational and communication skills * Resilience **Valued Aspects** * Previous involvement with CEAR as a volunteer or employee. * Disability certificate of 33% or higher. * Training in gender perspective and human rights. * Training in Gender Equality. * Additional languages: Arabic **We Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Full-time * Working hours: **Monday to Friday from 12\-7 PM** * **Temporary contract due to production circumstances until 12/31/2025** * Salary according to CEAR pay scales and collective agreement * 25 working days of vacation \+ 5 AAPP days annually (pro-rated based on start date). * Social Benefits under the CUIDA**(R)** Program: free or partially discounted services focused on physical well-being and emotional health (psychology sessions, physiotherapy, dental plan, nutritional counseling, among others); available to employees and beneficiaries. * Work location: Pamplona Code: 25\_532
