Your role will be to transform rental and sales data into strategic information for decision-making. **Job Description** -------------------------- Homs Rentals is seeking a Commercial Controller for its headquarters located in MATARÓ. **Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Sales analysis and monitoring: KPI monitoring, deviation analysis, reporting * Profitability and pricing control: Margin control, acquisition cost analysis * Planning and strategy: Budget preparation, commercial forecasts, incentive calculation **Required Qualifications** ------------------------- **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field * Master’s degree in Finance or Management Control is desirable **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in management control, auditing, or commercial analysis roles (experience in asset rental, automotive, or industrial machinery sectors is highly valued). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 * Business Intelligence * Data management knowledge via ERP systems **We Offer** ------------- * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00, with two hours for lunch * Permanent contract **Details** ------------ ### **Work Schedule Type** Full-time ### **Salary** 30\.000€ \- 35\.000 € gross/year ### **Number of Vacancies** 1 **Homs Rentals \- Mataró** -------------------------- **Share This Job Posting** ------------------------- Follow us!
