Description

The Food Production Operator position focuses on carrying out essential activities for manufacturing products within the sector. The professional will be responsible for supervising the proper functioning of the production line, including the baking and food preparation processes. In addition, they will perform tasks such as product handling, packaging, and final preparation, ensuring products are ready for distribution. This entails constant quality and appearance control of manufactured items. Another important function is supplying machinery used on the production line and monitoring raw materials required for production. The operator verifies the labeling of each product and ensures correct sealing to maintain food integrity and safety. Adhering strictly to hygiene and sanitation regulations, they also carry out cleaning and disinfection of the work area, ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for food handling. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to the dynamic demands of production. Work is carried out in an industrial environment where precision and protocol compliance are fundamental. The objective is to maintain an efficient, safe, and high-quality production flow, directly contributing to the plant’s operational success. The offered remuneration is €10.01 gross per hour for regular shifts, plus a night-shift premium of €1.79 gross per hour. There is flexibility both in training and working arrangements, with work scheduled weekly or on an ad-hoc daily basis, ensuring a consistent volume of activity. Employment options may be temporary or Fixed-Term Intermittent, depending on the candidate’s suitability and the specific requirements of the production campaign. The planned start date is next week. At least one year of prior experience in production lines within the food industry or agricultural cooperatives is required. Full and immediate availability for daily work and adaptability to rotate among the three main shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—is mandatory. Residence in Carlet or possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to the plant, as well as the ability to adapt to assembly-line work and strict adherence to occupational safety regulations, will be considered advantageous.
