Architect for the technical direction of construction works\_Symphonic Orchestra of the Balearic Islands (Madrid with trips to Palma de Mallorca) **Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Hiring Reason** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental fields, is seeking to hire 1 Architect for the technical direction of construction works of the Symphonic Orchestra of the Balearic Islands. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Madrid with trips to Palma de Mallorca. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * As regulated by legislation: Law 38/1999 on Building Regulation; Article 12, the selected candidate will be the professional who, as part of the technical management team, will perform the following functions: * Direct the development of the project from technical, aesthetic, urban planning, and environmental perspectives, in accordance with the design project, building permit, other mandatory authorizations, and contract conditions, ensuring its adequacy to the intended purpose * May oversee construction works from partial projects carried out by other professionals * Ensure construction execution complies with the construction design and applicable regulations * Address any unforeseen issues arising during construction **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Meeting the requirements must be justified by attaching the corresponding documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the selection process), as appropriate: * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuing the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship attachments verifying and certifying the required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Degree in Architecture (MECES level 3\), or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture qualifying for professional practice (MECES level 3\), or Bachelor's \+ Official Master's Degree in Architecture qualifying for professional practice (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Previous Experience** * At least 5 years of professional experience in technical direction of construction projects * At least 10 years of professional experience in architectural practice ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AUTOCAD (will be verified during the technical interview) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Specific training in building acoustics ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months up to 5 years of experience in drafting projects, performing technical direction of construction works, or executing works for performance venues or public assembly buildings (professional experience) * From 6 months up to 5 years of experience in drafting projects, performing technical direction of construction works, or executing works for auditoriums, event halls, concert/rehearsal rooms, etc. (professional experience) * From 6 months up to 5 years of experience in construction projects with installation budgets exceeding €1,000,000 in non-residential buildings (professional experience) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PRESTO (or similar software) (will be verified during the technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 16 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Possibility of full-time or part-time work schedule during morning hours.
