It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is seeking a young professional to join as Maitre at the Mirador des Port hotel located in Mahón (Menorca). The main responsibilities include: • Leading, planning, and executing all activities within the assigned area. • Ensuring high-quality, professional, and efficient service to guests. • Knowledge of and ability to advise on food and wine menu items. • Receiving, escorting, and assigning tables to guests. • Gathering guest satisfaction feedback during service. • Supervising setup and restocking for meeting rooms and other events. • Maintaining restaurant/bar facilities in perfect condition. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a server in events and à la carte service. • Advanced English \+ Other languages are an asset. • Strong interpersonal skills, passion for customer service, and professional appearance. Dynamic and organized individual. • Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude. • Leadership capability and ability to work effectively in a team. • Education in hospitality. • Willingness to reside on the island of Menorca.
