This principle is part of our Corporate and People Policy, in line with Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, on effective equality between genders.* **Requirements** -------------- * Technical or Higher Engineering degree related to facility maintenance. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in similar roles, preferably in healthcare facilities, service sector (hotels), or industrial environments. * Experience leading work teams. * Advanced proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. * Experience with BIM models for document management and maintenance. * Knowledge and experience with maintenance software: CMMS, AutoCAD, GIM, Wave. * Ability to interact effectively with employees, suppliers, and other departments. * Strong competencies in planning, organization, leadership, communication, customer orientation, decision-making, and change management.
