You will also have the opportunity to work with important clients from different sectors and improve your skills in creating innovative and effective solutions. **Requisitos del trabajo** -------------------------- **What is our mission?** Provide the means and the measures for designing and developing all the quality aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution by creating, documenting and testing an end to end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected. **Purpose of the job** The Frontend Engineer will focus on building user\-centric, responsive, and performant web applications, while contributing to backend development when needed. The role demands proficiency in frontend technologies, analytical skills, familiarity with Node.js, and strong collaboration abilities. You’ll work closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences while maintaining high coding standards and software quality. **What You’ll Do** * Design and build responsive, intuitive interfaces using **React** and **Next.js**. * Support backend development using **Node.js** (Fastify). * Integrate APIs for smooth frontend\-backend communication. * Contribute to the system architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability. * Set up and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** and perform testing of frontend components. * Use **Docker** and **Kubernetes** (OpenShift is a plus) for deployment and operations. * Contribute to **InnerSource/Open Source** projects to promote innovation and collaboration. * Stay up to date with new technologies and bring improvements to the development workflow. * Work in **Agile teams**, supporting both frontend and backend efforts. **What We’re Looking F** * **5\+ years** of experience in software engineering, building complex and distributed systems. * Degree in **Computer Science**, IT, or a related field. * Expertise in **JavaScript** and **TypeScript**. * Strong experience with **React**, Next.js, and modern CSS tools (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components). * Backend familiarity: **Node.js** with **Fastify**. * Solid knowledge of **SQL** and **NoSQL** databases. * Skilled in software architecture principles: scalability, fault tolerance, and recovery. * Experience with **CI/CD**, automated testing, Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus). * Comfortable with **GitHub** workflows (GitHub Actions, GitOps, scripting, etc.). * Passion for clean code, documentation, and sustainable software practices. * Fluent in **English** (written \& spoken). **Soft Skills** * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders. * Proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation. * Curious mindset and desire to grow in an international context. **What to expect being on our team?** * Indefinite contract * Competitive salary * Flexible schedule * Hybrid work model in Barcelona: 4 days remote and 1 day on\-site. and… desire to continue learning!
