DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Frontend Lead Developer to lead the technological evolution of our platform and contribute to transforming the real estate sector from within. If you are passionate about software development and want to leave your mark, we’d love to meet you. *What You’ll Do* As Frontend Lead Developer, you will be the technical and human reference for the Frontend team. Your mission will be to ensure flawless technical execution of the roadmap, leading and guiding the team to develop high-performance features on our website and customer portal. *Leadership and Team Management* * Lead the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and backlog refinement. * Guide, train, and motivate the Frontend developer team, fostering their professional growth and the exchange of best practices. * Assume final responsibility for frontend architecture, ensuring its scalability and long-term maintainability. * Act as the technical liaison between the development team, Product, and other departments, translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks. *Technical Contribution* * Develop critical and complex features while maintaining high standards of performance and quality. * Promote a culture of testing and best practices within the team. * Collaborate on full-stack projects, participating when necessary in backend logic (PHP) to ensure end-to-end implementations. *What We’re Looking For* * Minimum 6 years of experience in software development. * Extensive frontend experience with frameworks such as Vue or React. * AI-First mindset: regular use of AI-assisted development tools (Copilot or equivalents) for programming, debugging, and testing tasks. * Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming. * Ideal if you have experience with PHP and frameworks such as Laravel. * Leadership ability, proactive attitude, and orientation toward continuous learning. * Active participation in backend tasks when needed (debugging, refactoring, or developing minor endpoints). * Residency in Barcelona or surrounding areas (fully on-site during the first year). * Native proficiency in Spanish and Catalan. *What We Offer* * Full-time position * Office in central Barcelona (100% on-site during the first year) * Competitive salary: €58,000 gross/year * Professional growth by leading the frontend team and working with cutting-edge technologies * A dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment that values autonomy and personal development If leading a high-impact technical team and contributing to the technological growth of an expanding PropTech excites you, we’d love to meet you.
