Installation and Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a building maintenance technician for elderly residences in Valladolid. The selected candidate will be responsible for general maintenance of the facilities, including preventive, corrective, and supervisory tasks in areas such as electricity, climate control, plumbing, and masonry. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, inspecting kitchen and laundry equipment and components, and performing control operations and automation tasks. The candidate must also handle maintenance of boilers and equipment related to heating, domestic hot water production, and renewable energy systems, as well as commissioning of installations. Additionally, the candidate is expected to carry out maintenance and repair work on other facility installations such as gardening and painting, and provide guidance and support to regulatory bodies and subcontracted companies. A full-time permanent contract is offered, Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. It is essential to hold an Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Electricity and Electronics or equivalent, and possess a valid driver's license.
