Are you interested in joining our team and participating in a project for a major organization as part of a multidisciplinary team within an international IT consultancy focused on implementing tools, platforms, and applications designed to ensure digital accessibility, improve user experience, and foster equal opportunities in digital environments? We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant with 2\-3 years of hands-on experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments and customer-centric marketing operations. This role will support day-to-day platform usage, campaign execution, data flows, and configuration tasks across the entire SFMC ecosystem. What do we need from you? Requirements * Salesforce Marketing Cloud (2\-3 years) with solid experience in: + Marketing Cloud Data Model and Contact Model + Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder + Mobile Studio and/or CloudPages (hands-on experience) * AMPscript * Practical SQL experience in Marketing Cloud environments * Experience in platform configuration, campaign execution, and data management * Experience managing data extensions, segmentation, and basic ingestion flows Desirable Requirements * Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) or other integration patterns * Experience working in multi‑BU environments or distributed marketing setups * Ability to clearly document and communicate solutions * Experience collaborating in testing activities: + Unit Testing + Integration Testing + End‑to‑End Testing Why Capgemini?
