Exposure to different business areas and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. **Launchpad Program \- 2027** Crandon is an independent firm specializing in the origination, structuring, and oversight of real estate debt and equity transactions in Spain’s mid-market segment, serving professional and institutional investors. The Program The Launchpad Program is Crandon’s internship program for undergraduate and graduate students. It is not a conventional internship: it offers responsibility from day one, intensive training, and involvement in projects with real impact, within a demanding environment oriented toward continuous learning and operational excellence. The program combines direct mentoring by Crandon’s professionals and senior managers with active participation in strategic and operational projects. Each participant is assigned a direct supervisor, has clearly defined objectives, and gains exposure to various business areas, working on the company’s actual initiatives and projects from the outset. What the Program Offers * Direct participation in business decisions alongside department heads, collaborating on real transactions, strategies, and processes. * Continuous training through workshops, working sessions, and direct mentorship by Crandon’s professionals and senior managers. * Involvement in strategic and operational projects with defined goals and deliverables, integrating into the organization’s daily operations from day one. * Exposure to different business areas and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a demanding and dynamic environment. Program Conditions Duration: Q1 2027 (up to 3 months) Format: On-site Languages: Spanish as the working language and advanced English (C1 or higher). Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students Offices: Barcelona and Madrid Selection Process The selection process is designed to assess analytical ability, judgment, attitude, and fit with Crandon’s values and working culture. * Pre-selection: CV and cover letter review (week of September 14). * Practical case: a challenge combining analysis, judgment, and cultural fit, measuring problem-structuring ability and teamwork (week of September 28). * Interview and role-play with managers: personal conversation and simulation of real situations with department heads (week of October 5). * Final notification to candidates (October 20).
