We seek an individual to participate in the design and development of technological projects and in IT systems and infrastructure administration tasks, request handling, incident resolution, change management, etc. ### **Your Challenge** * Perform system administration tasks, infrastructure management, request handling, and incident resolution. * Carry out technical tasks associated with project development, managing client communication and participating in service delivery and handover activities. * Prepare technical documentation for projects and services, both for internal use and for clients and end users. * Propose improvements to ensure continuous evolution of systems and the service catalog. * Provide technical and functional support to users. **You’ll Need** * Education: University degree in STEM or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Computer Science. * Knowledge: General knowledge of systems, databases, communications, and security. * Competencies: + Teamwork ability. + Problem-solving ability. + Customer orientation. **How IThinkUPC Cares for You** Immediate incorporation Job stability and professional growth * ️ Work-life balance: We offer our own innovative and award-winning "PEOPLE FIRST" work-life balance program because we value our people.
