Permanent contract, immediate start. 20 hours per week, schedule from 09:00 to 13:00 What will your responsibilities be? * Customer service: respond to customer inquiries through internal tools, chat, phone, and email. Manage and support various incidents, follow up until resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. * Interact with different departments within the company to provide our customers with the best possible service and support. The team needs you! * We are looking for talented individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills, empathy, and proactivity, in a customer- and goal-oriented environment. Bring energy to our offices, and you’ll be welcome. * More than 2 years of experience in Back Office or similar roles... but above all, passion for Retail and educational toys. * Knowledge of ticketing systems (Zendesk is highly valued), proficiency in Office, and digital communication tools (Intranet, chat). * Catalan and Spanish, spoken and written.
