




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Receptionist to manage reservations, assist guests, and coordinate hotel operations on the Costa Brava. Key Highlights: 1. We are a hotel group located on the Costa Brava and are looking for a Receptionist at one of our hotels \- Hotel Eden Park, located in Riudellots de la Selva, Girona. We seek a responsible and organized individual who is communicative and strives for continuous self-improvement. Main responsibilities include: * Managing reservations. * Welcoming and bidding farewell to guests, performing appropriate check-in procedures. * Assisting guests during their stay. * Handling telephone requests. * Maintaining effective communication with guests and colleagues, managing complaints, and coordinating room maintenance and cleaning tasks. * Collaborating in achieving sales objectives. * Managing hotel emails and phone calls. * Managing front-desk closing procedures. * Performing other duties as required for the position. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in reception or sales. * University degree in Tourism or equivalent higher vocational training (CFGS). * Foreign language skills are valued. * Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Sihot, and sales experience are valued. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Preference given to candidates residing near the workplace.
