Opportunity to work as part of a team and learn At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the holiday and resort camping sector in Spain, we are looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant for our Alannia Neptuno team (Pals, Girona) at one of our establishments. **Responsibilities:** * Support in food preparation (cutting, cleaning, mise en place) * Preparation of simple dishes under the supervision of the head chef * Cleaning and organizing the kitchen and utensils * Basic stock control and product storage * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) * Support during kitchen service (cold and hot sections) **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant (preferred) * Basic knowledge of cooking and food handling * Ability to work as part of a team * Speed, organization, and attention to detail * Flexible availability (weekends and holidays) * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Salary: €1,400.00–€1,500.00 per month Experience: * Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred) * Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
