We are now expanding our direct care team to work in homes for people with intellectual disabilities (GIRONA) – Afternoon shifts \+ 1\-2 weekends per month. **Your tasks will be:** – Carry out activities outlined in the individual support plan, aiming to enhance well-being, autonomy, and quality of life for each assigned user. – Supervise and assist users with intellectual disabilities in various daily living tasks (dressing, eating, leisure, activities, outings, etc.). * Participate in treatment programs established by the technical team in the psychological, social, and health areas. – Act as an intermediary between the user and society to promote maximum integration of the user. – Ensure the safety of each user. – Responsible for completing and reviewing mandatory daily records. **Minimum requirements:** – Mandatory vocational training qualification in the social field. – Mandatory valid driver's license. – Must reside in the province of Girona. **Required languages:** – Catalan: Native or bilingual level – Spanish: Native or bilingual level **Schedule:** – Afternoons and weekends according to schedule.
