Skillfully, independently, and responsibly prepare, season, and present dishes using the most suitable techniques. 2. Assist in setting up, serving, and dismantling buffets. 3. Complete center records such as traceability, allergens, temperatures, frying, etc.… 4. Monitor the storage and efficient use of products provided. 5. Supervise and guide the work of other team members. 6. Operate the Josper grill. 7. Assist in menu planning. 8. Assist in cost and inventory management, as well as purchasing. Requirements 1. Extensive gastronomy knowledge. 2. Solid and demonstrable experience in a similar role. 3. Immediate availability to start. 4. Relevant training in the foodservice and hospitality sector is desirable. 5. Must reside in the area or nearby. 6. Good safety, cleanliness, and hygiene practices at work (HACCP). 7. Proactivity and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work independently. 9. Computer literacy and proficiency with tools. 10. Knowledge of allergen, diet, and substitution management. 11. Previous experience in schools. 12. Possession of a car to reach the workplace.
