We are not seeking a baker's assistant, but rather a person with knowledge and autonomy to perform the duties inherent to this position. **Experience in Honduran or Central American bakeries will be especially valued**, as it will be a key factor during the selection process. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a baker. * Knowledge and experience in bread making. * Experience in Honduran or Central American bakeries will be highly valued. * Responsible, organized individual accustomed to working autonomously. * Holding a **driver's license and having one's own vehicle will be valued**.
