At **THE PANTHERS TRUST**, we are building a **multi-platform retro gaming experience**, and we need someone capable of "disassembling" every technical challenge to take it to the next level. ​We seek a **highly resourceful Full Stack developer** who not only writes code but also understands the architecture behind a seamless gaming experience. ​ Your Key Challenges * ​**UI Development:** Create intuitive user interfaces that capture the "retro" essence while delivering today’s usability. * ​**CMS Management:** Design and optimize the content management system for the game catalog and users. * ​**Plugin Development:** Develop custom tools and extensions to expand platform functionality. * ​**Nitro Specialist:** Implement and optimize specific solutions within the Nitro environment to ensure flawless performance. ​ Desired Technical Profile * ​**Full Stack Experience:** Proficiency in client-server architectures. * ​**Nitro Expertise:** Experience troubleshooting and configuring Nitro-based environments. * ​**UI/UX Mastery:** Ability to translate visual concepts into functional interfaces. * ​**Software Architecture:** Prior experience creating or integrating custom plugins and CMS systems. * ​**Retro Passion:** Understanding of the logic and aesthetics of classic games. ​We are looking for someone who: * ​Is **inherently resourceful**: If something breaks, you know how to fix it; if a tool is missing, you build it. * ​Has autonomy to propose improvements to the game infrastructure. * ​Enjoys working on projects with a unique visual style Employment Type: Part-time Salary: €1,500.00–€2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Flexible working hours * On-site gym * Free parking Education: * Higher Vocational Training (Desirable) Experience: * Back-End Development: 1 year (Mandatory) * Front-End Development: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 26/01/2026
