Your responsibilities As a sales associate, you will be the face of 99Cheesecake, and your mission will be to ensure every customer experiences the authentic 99. Your responsibilities will include: * Serving customers with kindness, energy, and enthusiasm. * Presenting and selling our products, handling payments and cash register operations. * Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the work area. * Cutting and serving cakes accurately and with care. * Managing customer flow and actively collaborating with the team. Profile we are looking for * Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Comfortable interacting with customers. * Ability to work well in a team. * Previous customer service experience (desirable but not required).
