To take our international expansion to the next level, we are looking for a **Construction Manager Team Lead** to join our construction team and lead projects that will make a difference. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and guide the Construction Project Managers team, acting as a technical and strategic reference to ensure excellence in every project. * Coordinate and supervise multiple retail construction and renovation projects from initial phase to opening, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Define and implement work processes and methodologies that improve efficiency and ensure consistency across all projects. * Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards on all sites, anticipating risks and resolving incidents promptly. * Serve as the main liaison between internal and external stakeholders (management, operations, suppliers, architects, and engineering firms), ensuring smooth and effective communication. * Drive innovation and sustainability in projects by integrating environmentally responsible materials, techniques, and practices. * Analyze KPIs and results from each project and the team, proposing continuous improvement plans and resource optimization. * Represent the company in the construction area, conveying Kave Home's culture and ensuring brand excellence in every built space. **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar. * Solid +5 years of experience in comprehensive management of construction and retail renovation projects, including team leadership and international coordination. * Knowledge of technical regulations, safety, and supplier contracting processes. * Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external. * Results-oriented, with sensitivity towards sustainability and innovation in materials and construction processes. * Analytical skills for KPI tracking and continuous improvement. * Advanced level of English (essential); a third language will be valued. * Willingness to travel according to project needs. **What we offer?** * Join a company that is transforming the world of furniture and home decor! * Be part of an ambitious project with great opportunities for professional development and growth. * Enjoy a unique workspace with new, open, and sustainable offices. * Fresh fruit available every morning.
