




At Higuerón Resort, we are seeking a results-oriented Reservations and Revenue Manager with strategic vision and strong analytical capabilities to lead the comprehensive management of inventory, rates, and commercial strategy for the hotel, residences, and vacation properties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \- Supervise and coordinate the reservations team. \- Manage direct bookings, OTAs, travel agencies, corporate accounts, and B2B/B2C channels. \- Ensure accurate loading of availability, rates, and policies. \- Design and oversee the revenue strategy. \- Analyze demand, pick-up, competition, and seasonality. \- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses. \- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on promotions and campaigns. \- Supervise distribution across PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and the booking engine. \- Manage rates and inventory for residences and vacation rentals. REQUIREMENTS \- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management or as a Reservations Manager. \- Proficiency in PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and distribution platforms. \- Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset. \- Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus). \- Experience in vacation rental operations is desirable.
