You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction * You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards. * You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember. **ABOUT YOU** * You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality \& confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team. * A careful and detail\-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind. * Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential. * You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime \& Evening events well in English – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory. * Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests. * Finally … you will be proud to wear and represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times.
