Extensive experience in the industry and operation of **large-format cutting and embossing machines with sheet separator** is essential, preferably the **BOBST Expercut** model. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and adjust dies (troqueis) for different jobs and formats; * Carry out the **cutting and embossing process**, ensuring correct execution of work; * Perform necessary changes on the cutting and embossing machine, including die mounting, pertinax, guillotine; * Carry out sheet registration and centering; * Proceed with production runs, supervising cutting and registration on each pallet; * Manage and handle possible modifications in the manufacturing order, as well as in the corresponding computer system; * Control quality of finished products, ensuring compliance with established standards; * Solve technical problems that may arise during the **cutting and embossing process**; * Meet production deadlines and required quality levels; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical feasibility of the process and contribute to its optimization; **Profile:** * Minimum secondary education; * Minimum of 4 years of experience in **cutting and embossing processes** within the packaging industry; * Knowledge and experience with **automatic and semi-automatic cutting and embossing machines**; * Experience with **BOBST Expercut and Novacut machines**; * Experience in cutting and embossing packaging for the **food and pharmaceutical sectors**; * Experience with the **5S system** is valued; * Ability to perform precise adjustments and solve technical issues during the process; * Availability to relocate to Girona (Spain); **We Offer:** * Immediate integration opportunity; * Stable contract with the client company and competitive salary conditions according to demonstrated experience; * Integration into an experienced team within a modern and organized work environment; * Continuous training and professional development opportunities; * Growth prospects within a solid and continuously evolving company in the packaging sector; * If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career and make a difference in a growing company, this is your chance! **Join a winning team!**
