We are in a strong scale\-up phase and are looking for a specialist who is ready to grow with us and help build a high\-performing, international team. **Day to day @Loyal Guru involves:** ------------------------------------ * **Talent Acquisition Strategy \& Execution (Primary Focus):** + Lead and autonomously manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from defining the role to pre\-onboarding. + Focus on hiring key roles, including **Developers (Backend/Frontend), CSMs, Project Managers, and other Technical talents**, and much more! + Develop clear and successful hiring strategies, setting expectations with hiring managers based on a strong understanding of broader business needs. + Publish new job offers using different tools like LinkedIn, Teamtailor, or our own job site, and actively explore new sourcing channels for tech talent. + Ensure candidates have the best recruiting experience possible by continuously optimizing processes based on feedback. * **HR Generalist Support \& Administration:** + Act as a link between the HR and Administration departments. + **Employee Management:** Handle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employment registrations/cancellations, and general employee relations and performance support. + **Data \& Documentation:** Maintain the employee database (Drive and Hibob), sign contracts, and manage administrative control of international recruitment. + **Office \& Logistics:** Manage office stock and purchases, send welcome packs, and coordinate the collection/sending of electronic material for employees. + **External Relations:** Serve as the main interlocutor for external parties like tax advisors, managers, lawyers, and manage relationships with external suppliers. + **Team Culture:** Collaborate in the organization of corporate events (e.g., Christmas, Team Buildings) and coordinate with other internal teams as necessary. **Your profile:** ----------------- * **Experience:** **\+2 years** of proven previous experience in similar People/HR positions. * **Recruitment Focus:** **At least 1 year** of specific experience in end\-to\-end recruitment (in\-house or agency), preferably hiring **IT/Technical profiles** (e.g., **Developers**, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.). * **Location:** To be located in **Barcelona is mandatory**. * **Languages:** **English proficiency is mandatory** (Corporate language). * **Skills \& Attitude:** + You have a very **analytical mindset** and an eye for detail. + Excellent communication skills and a **candidate\-oriented attitude**. + Highly organized, a structured way of working, and the talent to inspire people. + Strong influencing, negotiation skills, and solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency\-based, etc.). **Extra points to shine** ------------------------- * Previous experience in **SaaS B2B** companies. * Previous experience in a **start\-up and fast\-growing** environment. **What's the team like?** ------------------------- You'll be joining a collaborative and international People Team where you’ll have significant ownership over key processes.
