DESCRIPTION OUR CLIENT Family-owned company with 52 years of history, located in Banyoles, dedicated to manufacturing welded Meccano structures for various sectors. The company is constantly expanding and exports 70% of its production. We are seeking to hire a Mechanical Engineer reporting to the Industrialization Manager, whose main mission will be to act as a bridge between customer requirements and manufacturing, designing and overseeing the industrialization of prototypes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify customer needs and requirements, and gather necessary information for project production * Prepare technical proposals and support the preparation of economic offers for requested projects, providing technical support during proposal presentations to clients · Manage technical aspects of projects by designing 3D models and manufacturing drawings, as well as selecting required tools and materials, incorporating innovative solutions * Conduct homologation tests when applicable and validate obtained results up to first series production * Define production requirements and guidelines * Design production tooling and validate developed prototypes * Coordinate internally with production, procurement, and sales departments * Maintain fluent communication with client engineering teams and monitor compliance with deadlines and quality standards THE PROFILE * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent * Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Project Management valued * Candidates may be junior or senior, provided they meet the basic requirements PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES: * Analysis and planning * Cross-functional teamwork * Communication and negotiation * Customer orientation * Results orientation SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE * 3D and 2D design * Knowledge of materials * Knowledge of production processes * Knowledge of welding * Knowledge of machining WE OFFER * Salary between 40 and 45 K depending on qualifications * Career development plan + training plan * Working hours from Monday to Thursday 6:40 to 15:00 and Friday 6:40 to 14:20, with two 20-minute breaks each day * Opportunity to join an innovative and growing company
