Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant with training and experience to perform food preparation, dish preparation, and hygiene maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible working hours and knowledge of traditional Catalan cuisine Restaurant in Cabrera de Mar seeks 1 Kitchen Assistant with formal training (Vocational Training Certificate or Intermediate Vocational Training Qualification) and a minimum of 3 months' experience. Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday: 11:30 AM–3:30 PM and 7:00 PM–11:00 PM, with two consecutive weekly days off. Salary: €1,309.61 gross per month × 14 payments. \- Clean, cut, and peel food items. \- Chop meat, fish, vegetables, and any other type of food. \- Weigh and measure quantities. \- Assist in preparing and presenting ready-to-serve dishes. \- Maintain order and hygiene in the kitchen. \- Organize food items and store them in appropriate locations. \- Support inventory control of food supplies. * 3 months' experience as a kitchen assistant * Vocational Training Certificate or Intermediate Vocational Training Qualification in the culinary field * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / knowledge: Occasional flexible working hours; knowledge of traditional Catalan cuisine is a plus * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,309 * Additional information: Work schedule runs from Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive weekly days off. Lunch and dinner are provided. Occasional flexible working hours are required.
