Due to staff expansion, we need 5 laundry operators (male or female), with experience and disability in industrial laundry or cleaning sectors, or strong motivation to work and learn the job responsibilities. It is required to reach the workplace using personal means of transportation. We would ideally select 2 male and 3 female candidates with a disability rating exceeding 33%, capable of handling wet clothing from industrial washing machines and standing for 8 hours, as well as lifting and handling loads weighing 8–10 kg, without arm or back problems. **Responsibilities** * Sorting and categorizing received garments: bed linens, bath linens, and work uniforms. * Loading and unloading industrial washing machines. * Loading and unloading industrial dryers. * Supplying garments to ironing and folding machines. Working hours: Monday to Saturday — when your assigned week is the morning shift, the following week will be the afternoon shift (Monday to Friday only). Since weeks alternate between morning and afternoon shifts, shift selection is not permitted, as all employees are equal and part of one family since 2020\. Annual working hours: 1,680; additional social benefits apply — during winter low-season periods, working hours may be reduced; collective agreement for Special Employment Centers, operator category; gross monthly salary: €1,450 + €25 monthly transport allowance, approx. €1,350 net per month (paid in 12 installments). **Immediate Incorporation** Mandatory requirement: Disability certificate indicating a disability rating exceeding 33% and/or incapacity certificate for one’s usual profession, different from the role described. **Permanent Contract from Day One** Position Type: Full-time Salary: €1,475.00 per month License/Certification: * Alternate Saturday mornings (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
