Your responsibilities will include planning, directing, and coordinating procurement, replenishment, storage, and distribution of materials and products on site, as well as optimizing warehouse space and related tasks. Your typical day will sound like this… Lead the team, supervise, guide, and assign responsibilities to warehouse supervisors (monitoring incoming and outgoing goods, storage tasks, order preparation, inventory checks, cleaning). Evaluate each employee’s performance and supervise their work. Prioritize safety, ensuring compliance with the risk prevention plan appropriate to the tasks and nature of the facility (rack conditions, pallet status and condition, suitability of forklifts and load units to racks, and correction of operators’ maneuvers). Lead receipt and dispatch of items to the site, plan required steps, and ensure their implementation; make decisions in case of unforeseen situations. Inventory control: monitor merchandise—including finished products and raw materials required for their production—to prevent stockouts. Optimize and allocate warehouse space logically and efficiently. Plan logistics strategy to ensure smooth operation of all warehouse activities. Develop procurement, storage, and production supply policies; decide and organize distribution and delivery processes for each product; supervise material supply to the site. Ensure merchandise flow and analyze how to improve and refine all processes. Prevent incidents and warehouse deterioration through safety and maintenance measures. Perform monthly closing. **Requirements:** --------------- You are ideal for this position if… Bachelor’s Degree / Bachelor of Business Administration / Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable professional experience in this role or similar positions within construction companies. English B1\. Proficiency in computer applications for construction site warehouse management systems. Office software: advanced level. Financial, budgetary, and administrative accounting for construction project execution. Procurement planning and control methods. Experience conducting economic performance analysis. Proficiency in labor relations management. Familiarity with warehouse management systems. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
