As a waiter/waitress assistant, your role will be essential in ensuring that customers have a pleasant experience. You will also assist in serving food and drinks, following the instructions of the service staff. It is important to attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their questions or needs. You must restock products and utensils as needed in your work area to ensure nothing is missing. Additionally, you must keep the service area clean and organized at all times. When necessary, you will help prepare some drinks and perform basic bar tasks. You are also expected to support other day-to-day tasks at the establishment. Previous experience in hospitality will be valued for this position, although it is not essential. Good communication skills and customer service abilities are important. We are looking for someone willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic language skills, especially in English, will be an advantage for serving international customers.
