We do require: * 2\+ years of relevant experience improving developer productivity and tooling. * Strong expertise with modern developer tools (NextJS or similar frontend bundlers, CI/CD pipelines). * Proven success in identifying and solving complex bottlenecks in complex, organically grown codebases. * Structured and proactive mindset capable of designing clear, intuitive, and sustainable workflows from ambiguous requirements. **Location** ------------ This role is remote and can be executed globally.
