




Envira Sostenible S.A., a national leader in the complete cycle of air quality networks and automatic monitoring systems for emissions and pollutant parameters, is seeking to hire an individual at its central headquarters in Asturias to join as **Project Manager** for its Automatic Measurement Systems Department. In collaboration with the Department Director and coordinated with the IoT department, you will be responsible for customer commercial management and determining the appropriate technical solution to ensure successful execution of assigned projects. You will ensure achievement of commercial objectives, maintain direct communication with assigned clients, and continuously monitor market developments to identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential. In coordination with the Maintenance Manager, you will ensure proper development of your project portfolio and ongoing compliance with Envira Sostenible S.A.'s quality standards and current regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare technical and economic proposals in accordance with technical specifications, project needs, and Envira Sostenible S.A. standards. * Ensure project execution within quality, budget, and timeline requirements for all phases—documentation and physical implementation—including design, manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty periods. * **Execute commercial and business growth campaigns defined by Management according to an assigned account plan.** * **Proactively monitor the market, identifying and engaging in emerging growth opportunities.** * Address client needs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for innovation and optimization aimed at generating new business opportunities and improving internal departmental processes. * Participate in the implementation of all digital tools designed to enhance Envira Sostenible S.A.'s productivity. Analyze, interpret, and propose corrective actions based on metrics and KPIs provided by these tools. * Attend specific training courses when required. * **Provide collaborative technical support in other projects within the Systems area when requested.** **Requirements** * Minimum qualification: Chemical Engineering degree, Chemistry degree, or Industrial Engineering degree with specialization in Electronics and Automation. * Direct hands-on experience in design, adjustment, calibration, and commissioning of complex automatic measurement systems. * **Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation roles with project coordination responsibilities.** * Significant involvement in advanced instrumentation technical projects, preferably in gas, water, and air quality monitoring networks. * Advanced knowledge of analytical instrumentation. * Advanced proficiency in standard project management tools. * Minimum English level B2 or equivalent, with demonstrable experience negotiating in English. **Desirable** * Successful experience managing public tenders and bids for high-technology metrology projects. * Experience performing tasks and work under specific regulations § ISO/IEC 17025 § ISO 9001 § ISA 5\.1 and subsequent standards * Experience in continuous training of work teams. **Competencies** * Leadership * **Commercial mindset.** * Initiative, autonomy, and discipline. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Work quality. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts through non-face-to-face media.
