Join a sector-leading company and become part of a dynamic, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.**Job Description** Ensure comprehensive, efficient, and strategic management of one or more real estate assets, guaranteeing their operational performance, profitability, regulatory compliance, and tenant satisfaction. The Building Manager serves as the liaison among property owners, service providers, and building users, providing consultative insights focused on continuous improvement and sustainability. **Operational Asset Management** * Supervise the daily operation of technical facilities (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, elevators, etc.). * Coordinate and oversee contracted services: maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, among others. * Manage incidents and ensure their efficient resolution. * Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency measures. **2. Tenant Relations** * Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and requirements. * Organize periodic meetings to assess satisfaction and anticipate needs. * Coordinate space handovers and returns. **3. Financial Management** * Prepare and manage the operating budget (OPEX). * Validate invoices, code expenses, and conduct financial tracking. * Prepare periodic reports for property owners. **4. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation** * Ensure compliance with local and industry-specific regulations (occupational health and safety, fire safety, emergency plans). * Maintain up-to-date technical and legal documentation for the asset. * Coordinate audits, inspections, and emergency drills. **5. Improvement and Sustainability Projects** * Propose and implement improvement projects (CAPEX). * Participate in sustainability initiatives and environmental certifications (LEED, BREEAM). * Collaborate in sale processes, technical audits, and data room reviews. **Required Profile:** Technical education in Engineering, Architecture, or Facility Management and/or related fields. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate building or real estate asset management. English proficiency: B2 or B2–C1. **Desirable Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * CPM (Certified Property Manager) – IREM certification is desirable. * RPA (Real Property Administrator) – BOMI certification is desirable. * FMP (Facilities Management Professional) – IFMA certification is desirable. * LEED AP – USGBC certification is desirable.
