




We are looking for an administrative assistant to perform customer service tasks and order preparation. Main responsibilities include customer service, managing customer inquiries and needs. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will also be handled efficiently. Among the responsibilities is processing orders both nationally and internationally, ensuring proper merchandise flow. It is important to collect customer feedback to continuously improve service. We aim to provide personalized solutions to retain customers, as well as receive, organize, and control inventory, maintaining warehouse organization. Support in managing digital campaigns and strategies will also be provided. Previous experience in customer service and handling accounting tools is required. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Prestashop and Shopify will be valued. We are looking for a proactive person, and if you also have a passion for fashion, that would be great! The contract is temporary, lasting 4 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The working hours are part-time, 15 hours per month, from 9:00 to 14:00. The salary will follow the industry's collective agreement.
