




**Job Description** We are looking for a **Backend Technical Leader** to coordinate a team of developers and ensure the proper implementation of solutions in cloud environments. This role requires solid expertise in **settlement and disbursement of transactions**, **Java** architecture, and experience with **AWS**. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and KPI management. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality. * Manage self-organizing teams operating under agile frameworks. * Identify requirements, define scope, and estimate project timelines. * Mitigate risks and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. * Monitor team performance and manage KPIs (tools: JIRA). * Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders. * Participate in the design and development of REST and microservices architectures in cloud environments. **Requirements** * +3 years of experience in payment platforms and methods. * In-depth knowledge of money disbursement in payment gateways (charges, credits, chargebacks, frozen balances, available balance). * Experience with digital payment systems or payment gateways. * Understanding of acquirer flows and Gateway and PSP models (including aggregator PSPs). * At least 2 years of experience leading projects. * Experience with cloud-based REST and microservices architectures. * Knowledge of AWS (Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus). * Proficiency in Spring Core, MVC, Security, Spring JPA, Hibernate, Log4j/SLF4J frameworks. * Backend web application development in Java and multi-layer architectures. * Basic knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins). **Soft Skills** * Leadership and management of self-organizing teams. * Ability to identify requirements and risks. * Clear and effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and KPI management. **Work Mode:** 100% Remote **Salary:** Based on Experience **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
