We are seeking a **Continuous Improvement Coordinator** for our production plant located in Alcolea (Córdoba). Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives at the plant through the development and implementation of process, system, and methodology optimization projects, energizing operational teams and delivering high-quality technical solutions, in alignment with Refresco Iberia and Group policies. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the correct application of Lean Management principles and propose new continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. * Promote, monitor, and track continuous improvement projects based on KAIZEN, SMED, and other applicable methodologies. * Participate in the implementation of new product or format development projects led by other departments, ensuring their proper integration into the plant. * Monitor plant objectives, standards, and key performance indicators, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Analyze quality and food safety non-conformities detected in finished products and during production, identifying or coordinating root cause analysis. * Analyze material flows, production processes, and supply circuits for raw materials and auxiliary materials, identifying improvement opportunities. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to continuous improvement and develop corrective action plans, tracking them to full implementation. * Proactively support plant decision-making focused on process and productivity improvement. * Support changes in processes and/or technology, including validation and assessment of their impact on the plant’s continuous improvement systems. * Develop, coordinate, or deliver continuous improvement training programs for operational teams. * Collaborate in ensuring proper management and monitoring of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety systems. Provide continuous improvement technical support across all organizational levels within the plant. * **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a technical role within complex, highly automated production environments (multiple SKUs, product changeovers, packaging variants, etc.). * University degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced level of English. * Knowledge of quality management and smart manufacturing systems. * Experience in audit-required environments. * Prior experience in multinational environments will be valued. * Familiarity with global food safety standards and regulations. * Knowledge of health and safety requirements in industrial settings.
