DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leading company in the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, is seeking to incorporate an HVAC Engineer with a solid professional background and passion for technical excellence. We are expanding our capabilities and looking for a professional with proven experience in the design and calculation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; plumbing and sanitation systems; and other mechanical installations. If you hold a degree in engineering or architecture and have at least five years of professional experience (including a minimum of three years in Spain), this is your opportunity to join a challenging, long-term project. Your role will be fundamental in developing innovative projects, contributing your technical knowledge and analytical ability to ensure efficiency and optimal performance of installations. We seek a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Design and calculation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. * Design and calculation of plumbing and sanitation systems. * Integration of various mechanical installations into complex projects. * Preparation of technical reports, drawings, and specifications. * Review and optimization of existing designs. * Collaboration with other departments (electrical engineering, structural engineering, etc.) to ensure project coherence. * Technical oversight during the construction and commissioning phases. * Cost analysis and selection of equipment and materials. * Compliance with technical regulations and quality standards. * Research and application of new technologies and solutions in the field of mechanical installations. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Qualification:** Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.), Architecture, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of five years of professional experience in the design and calculation of mechanical installations, including at least three years of experience in Spain. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proven experience in the design and calculation of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and sanitation systems. * **Languages:** Proficiency in technical English and fluent conversational English. Effective communication in English is essential for international project collaboration and understanding technical documentation. * **Residence:** Residence in Bilbao or willingness to relocate to the area. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in designing mechanical installations for data centers. * Experience in designing installations for logistics and industrial projects. * Experience in designing installations for tertiary buildings (offices, commercial premises, etc.). * Familiarity with specialized design and calculation software for HVAC and other mechanical installations (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Dialux, etc.). * Experience in project management and technical supervision. **Collaboration Terms:** * **Location:** Bilbao. * **Start Date:** Immediate. * **Duration:** Over 12 months, with potential continuity based on performance and project development. * **Type of Collaboration:** Project-based contract with prospects for stability.
