Position Summary: We are seeking an MEP Modeler for industrial plant and infrastructure projects, responsible for 3D MEP modeling and interdisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. 3D MEP systems modeling (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) 2. Interference checking and coordination with other disciplines 3. Compliance with BIM standards and maintenance of an up-to-date model We aim to incorporate an MEP Modeler (HVAC, sanitation, piping, electrical, etc.) into our Industrial Plants and Infrastructure unit for an important project to be developed from Madrid or Bilbao, depending on the selected candidate's location. We offer: * Immediate incorporation * Compensation commensurate with each candidate's experience * Flexible compensation plan and additional social benefits according to Iddtek's policy The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: * 3D MEP systems modeling (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) * Preparation of drawings and technical documentation * Interference checking and coordination with other disciplines * Quantity take-offs and generation of lists * Compliance with BIM standards and maintenance of an up-to-date model * Higher Vocational Training Certificate or Technical Engineering degree * At least 2 years of experience modeling with Revit MEP * Proven experience in MEP design (HVAC, HVAC systems, sanitation, piping, electrical, etc.) is mandatory * Personally, the candidate must demonstrate high adaptability and proactivity.
