




Job Summary: We are seeking an Ecommerce Category Specialist to manage the publication and optimization of online products, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily publication of online product launches 2. Catalog management to optimize user experience 3. Recurring updates and optimization of product pages We are looking for an **Ecommerce Category Specialist**, reporting to Ecommerce and directly to the Ecommerce Product Content & Findability Coordinator, who will work closely with our content specialists, brands, marketing, translation, and photography teams. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Participating in the daily publication of all online product launches, supporting internal planning and execution. * Overseeing both internally (other teams involved in the process) and externally (suppliers and brands) to ensure timely availability of all required elements for product publication: images, descriptions, translations, etc., acting as the main point of contact among all stakeholders. * Customer Journey: Managing the catalog post-publication to guarantee the best user experience—product placement on listing pages, search engine results, and web banner publishing—with subsequent performance measurement to continuously refine navigation elements. * Recurrently updating and optimizing product pages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appeal. * Documenting the product publication process and proposing improvements. **What we’re looking for:** * A proactive, goal-oriented individual committed to meeting deadlines for scheduled product launches. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. * Junior profile with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within an eCommerce team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; basic knowledge of PowerBI is highly valued. * Proactivity and autonomy: ability to independently execute product publication and proactively address preventable issues. * Critical thinking: to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements with high attention to detail. * A passion for sports—and knowledge of football, basketball, and/or running—is considered a plus. **What we offer:** Permanent contract and Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 9:30) 1 remote workday per week, 4 days onsite at our Plaza offices Annual gross starting salary of €18,000 (12 monthly payments) + 7% bonus
