Responsibilities: * Lead the consulting team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. * Guide the client with methodological rigor balanced with excellent customer service. * Conduct rigorous financial project management—including budget oversight, cost control—and ensure revenue recognition aligns with project progress. * Keep the project on schedule, anticipate delays, and proactively implement measures to meet deadlines. * Make critical and complex decisions. * Anticipate issues and manage diverse stakeholders.
