We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer! \| Pamplona/Iruña Are you passionate about data, automation, and emerging technologies? Do you have experience working in complex environments and would like to assume a technical leadership role? We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team in Pamplona/Iruña (Navarra). ### **What will be your mission?** We are looking for a technically skilled, autonomous, and proactive individual capable of leading both data extraction and preparation for the Information area, as well as integrating new automation and AI capabilities within the organization. You will serve as the technical reference for: * Extracting data from complex systems, especially SAP and Oracle. * Connecting, transforming, and preparing data sources. * Designing and implementing ETL processes. * Developing automation workflows. * Identifying and implementing AI and automation use cases. * Evolving and deploying n8n across the organization. ### **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Gather requirements from internal clients and design ETL processes from SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and Oracle. * Collaborate with the Information team to enable data for analytics, reporting, and new use cases. * Work in Databricks environments, participating in data ingestion, transformation, and availability. * Lead the rollout of n8n: installation, configuration, testing, use case definition, and integration with corporate systems. * Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows aligned with real business needs. * Participate in applied AI initiatives, particularly those related to data and process integration. * Document developed solutions and ensure their continuity and sustainability. ### **What are we looking for?** * 4–5 years or more of experience in data extraction and processing. * Solid experience in designing and executing ETL processes. * Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms. * Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar. * Technical education: Advanced Vocational Training (FP Superior), Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Telecommunications, Data Engineering, or related fields. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. * Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical solutions. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams. * Project management and coordination skills. * **Especially valuable:** * Experience with SAP S/4HANA. * Experience with SAP BW. * Experience with Oracle databases. * Practical experience with n8n. * Experience in applied AI and automation projects. ### **Conditions** Location: Pamplona/Iruña, Navarra Experience: minimum 5 years Education: Advanced Vocational Training (FP Superior) / Engineering or equivalent * Working hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 \| Fri 08:00–14:00, with flexibility If you want to take the next step in your career and participate in projects where data, automation, and AI converge to solve real business challenges, we’d love to meet you!
