Job Summary: This position involves end-to-end project management—from planning through execution—coordinating teams and evaluating completed work, combining fieldwork and office tasks with autonomy. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management—from planning through execution: * Technical assessment of works. * Preparation of budgets. * Planning and monitoring of construction projects. * Coordination of work teams. * Evaluation of completed works. * Preparation of technical reports. This is a dynamic and varied position, combining fieldwork and office work, with autonomy to organize your daily schedule. Your base location will be Arteixo, working on local or provincial-level projects. All travel will occur within working hours and be covered by the company. We are looking for: * Degree in Agricultural Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Valid driving license category B. * Strong organizational and team management skills. * A proactive, solution-oriented profile with initiative and autonomy. Experience in gardening and/or forestry maintenance will be considered an asset.
