Administrative Manager

Company
Description
We are seeking a person to assume full day-to-day administrative management. Key responsibilities include organizing documents, coordinating processes, and monitoring administrative activities. The candidate will serve as the direct contact with suppliers and provide support for ongoing construction projects, managing invoices, delivery notes, collections, and payments accurately and within established deadlines. They will also liaise with external accounting and advisory firms to ensure fiscal and administrative matters remain up to date. The role requires the ability to resolve issues independently and maintain a high level of organization in a dynamic environment. The position involves directly supporting the owner in coordinating tasks and making administrative decisions, aiming to ensure efficiency and transparency across all financial operations. A permanent contract is offered, with an annual gross salary ranging between 30\.000 and 35\.000 euros, depending on experience. The work model is hybrid, combining on-site work in Navalmoral de la Mata with remote work. The company is in a growth phase within the construction sector. A minimum of five years’ experience in administration is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in accounting firms or advisory services. It is essential to reside near Navalmoral de la Mata or its surrounding areas to facilitate mobility and availability. An organized, proactive, and autonomous profile—capable of independently managing administrative tasks—is highly valued.
