Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to prepare ingredients, provide support in dish preparation, maintain cleanliness, and participate in plating. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct kitchen support for preparing simple dishes 2. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen 3. Participating in plating and final presentation of dishes We are looking for an experienced kitchen assistant to join us immediately in Castrillón (Asturias). Main duties will include detailed preparation of ingredients, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping all types of vegetables, meats, and fish. Direct kitchen support will also be provided for preparing simple dishes, including tasks such as stirring, straining, and preparing side dishes. Maintaining cleanliness and order is essential, ensuring disinfection of all utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Additionally, you will participate in plating and final presentation of dishes, consistently ensuring food safety and strict compliance with established hygiene regulations. A minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in a similar role is required. A permanent employment contract is offered, with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Salary and working conditions will follow the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality and Related Sectors of the Principality of Asturias.
