Cold Storage Operator

Description

We are seeking qualified personnel to work in a cold storage facility at a leading company in the food industry, specializing in dairy production and its derivatives, headquartered in Talavera de la Reina (Toledo). Main responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo integrity by repairing damaged pallets. You will also be responsible for correctly positioning pallets in the refrigerated warehouse according to system instructions, and order picking—both manually using RF devices and generally through pallet movement. Other tasks include conducting physical inventory counts, grouping incomplete pallets according to specific guidelines, and maintaining and cleaning work equipment such as pallet trucks and batteries. Strict compliance with safety and hygiene regulations is essential, as is reporting any incidents or potential improvements to daily operations. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Forklift and reach truck operator license * Immediate availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) * Personal vehicle * Residence in Talavera de la Reina or surrounding areas is desirable.
